American Critical Care Services was founded in 1986 by Carolyn McCrocklin, PhD, RN. As a nursing staffing company in Richmond, Virginia, ACCS has placed nurses in hospitals and homes in Richmond, Hampton Roads, Virginia, and other states across the Mid-Atlantic region. Established on Christian principles, over the years ACCS has become known as a reliable and respected source of professional staff relief. A Virginia State licensed company, ACCS and its employees have developed a reputation for compassion, integrity and standards unparalleled in the industry.
As ACCS has grown, it has expanded to include divisions for Wellness, Companion Care and Massage/Spa Services. ACCS VENT ACADEMY
American Critical Care Services is now offering the Vent Academy for skilled nurses (RN's or LPN's) who would like to update their knowledge on the care of adult/pediatric patients who receive respiratory support. The two-day session incorporates lecture, demonstrations and skills labs to provide this comprehensive overview.
