Local hospital needs 2 RNs for Cardiac Surgery ICU - fast-paced, high acuity - post-operative, cardio-thoracic surgery patient population. Often requires vasoactive/inotropic support. Sound understanding of hemodynamics, initiation of drips required, along with ventilator/extubation competency a must! Borders may include vascular surgery service, trauma, medicine, neuro patients.
